I ordered a Calculator from you last Friday (A Texas Instruments TI89). For some reason, the couriers delayed delivering it for 2 days. When I emailed to enquire where the item was, I was met by nothing less than swiftness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Especially by one member of your staff, Angela.

I have always had problems with couriers in the past, but it is rare to find people who help an end user the way Angela did. I am normally met with "It is out of our hands, we've dispatched the item, call the couriers", which is not very helpful.
